In Pictures: Trump's Visit to Clarksville

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, President Donald Trump visited F&M Bank Arena in downtown Clarksville for a Republican midterm campaign rally. According to Clarksville Now, the appearance marked the first visit by a sitting president to Clarksville since George H.W. Bush spoke at Austin Peay State University in 1992.
The event came just days before early voting begins in Tennessee for the November 3 midterm elections. Despite rainy weather, many still attended. Tennessee Lookout estimated the crowd at approximately 4,500 people, while local news outlets reported that a smaller group of protesters gathered outside the arena and the final number was not known.
Several Tennessee Republican officials and candidates appeared during the event, including Senators Marsha Blackburn and Bill Hagerty and U.S. Representative Matt Van Epps. Musician Kid Rock introduced the president before his speech.
During approximately 90 minutes of remarks, Trump encouraged Republican voters to participate in the midterm elections and discussed issues including immigration, crime enforcement in Memphis and the economy.
I was inside F&M Bank Arena photographing the event. Beyond the speakers on stage, I wanted to document the attendees, the media, and some of the smaller moments taking place throughout the arena.
